Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Double Eagle Junk Removal ("we," "us," "our") collects through this website, what we do with it, who else handles it, and how to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. The short version: the site collects what you type into the contact form, it sells nothing, and it does not track you for advertising.
What the Contact Form Collects
When you send a message from the contact page or from the form at the bottom of any page, we ask for:
- your name, phone number and email address (email is optional);
- your city;
- the service you are asking about;
- your message.
Along with what you type, the form records any campaign tags (UTM parameters and ad click identifiers) that were part of the link you used to reach the site, such as a tag showing you came from an ad or a social media post. We use these only to see how people find us. On their own they do not identify you.
The form also has spam protection: a hidden field that people never see but automated bots tend to fill in, and automated spam filtering that screens submissions before they reach us. Both exist to keep junk out of our inbox, not to profile you.
Information Any Website Receives
Like any website, this one receives the technical information a web server sees when your browser asks for a page: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time of the request. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard hosting logs and uses that information to deliver pages, keep the site secure and fix problems. We do not use it to identify you or to build a profile of you.
How We Use Your Information
We use what you send for one purpose: to answer you. That means calling or emailing you back about an estimate, a pickup or a move. Sending a message does not sign you up for a newsletter or a marketing list. The campaign details tell us which links bring people to us.
How Your Message Is Delivered and Stored
The form hands your submission to a transactional email service, Resend, which delivers it as an email to our inbox at doubleeaglejunkremoval@gmail.com. Resend processes the message only to deliver it for us and may hold a copy under its own retention terms. Our inbox is a Google account, so once your message arrives it is stored by Google under Google's terms. At Double Eagle, only the people who answer estimate requests read it. If you call us instead, we do not record the call through this website.
Cookies and Tracking
This site uses Google Analytics, a Google service that shows us how people use the site. When you visit, your browser sends Google the pages you view, how you arrived (a search or a link, for example), your approximate location at about the city level, your device and browser type, and taps on our call, text, email and social links. When you send the contact form, Analytics records only that a form was sent and the service and city you chose, never your name, phone number, email address or message. Analytics sets its own cookies (named _ga) so it can tell one visit from the next, and Google handles this data under its own privacy policy. We use these numbers to see which services and towns people look for. The site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on for your browser from tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
The homepage shows a map of our service area. When you scroll to it, your browser loads the map images from OpenFreeMap, a free map service built on OpenStreetMap data, which receives your IP address the way any website does. OpenFreeMap doesn't set cookies.
The site links to our Facebook, Instagram, Google and Yelp pages. When you follow those links, that company may collect information and set its own cookies under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We do not rent it, trade it, or pass it to lead brokers, marketers or other businesses for their own use. We share it only with the service providers that make the site and the form work (our hosting provider, the email delivery service, and Google, which hosts our inbox and runs Google Analytics), and when the law requires it.
How Long We Keep It
Form messages stay in our email for as long as they are useful for answering you, following up, and keeping ordinary business records. If you ask us to delete your message, we delete it, except for records the law requires us to keep.
Your Choices and How to Make a Request
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We honor these requests from anyone who asks, wherever you live. Email doubleeaglejunkremoval@gmail.com, ideally from the address you used on the form, or call (480) 202-7195, and tell us what you would like. To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm a detail or reply from the email address you used before we act. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, this policy will say so first and explain how to opt out.
Children
This site is for homeowners, property managers and businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If a child has sent us something, a parent or guardian can ask us to delete it and we will.
Changes to This Policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date below before the change takes effect.
