Junk Removal in San Tan Valley, AZ

San Tan Valley became Arizona's newest municipality on September 17, 2025, when Pinal County's Board of Supervisors approved the incorporation and seated a seven-member council, and county services continued through June 30, 2026. The Town has its own town code and zoning code now.

The town line doesn't cover the whole San Tan Valley area, though. Homes outside it are still served by Pinal County. Private trash service wasn't touched by incorporation, so if you're wondering who takes a couch that won't fit in the can, the first answer is your trash hauler, and the second is us.

Pinal County doesn't provide disposal services itself. When people ask the county how to get rid of bulk trash, its answer is community cleanup events. Those are free for residents with ID and take furniture, appliances, home-improvement debris, metal, concrete and green waste, though not commercial loads. As of this fall, the county's 2026 calendar lists other communities, not San Tan Valley.

The county also holds free disposal days at two landfills in Florence on set dates through the year. Those don't take appliances or tires, and you do the hauling and unloading yourself. The nearest disposal sites on the county's list are over in Apache Junction.

If one of those dates lines up and you've got a truck, they're a good deal. If not, we bring the trailer to you, do the loading, and take care of where it goes: usable pieces to donation or resale when the condition allows, metal and appliances to recycling, and the rest to licensed disposal.

San Tan Valley homes average 3.20 people each by the Census count, and more people means more stuff moving through the garage. Bikes and scooters that got outgrown, a second fridge, mattresses from a room swap, boxes from the last move that never got opened.
